The 18650 battery sorting test system is suitable for the 18650 battery cell voltage/resistance sorting test and internal use in the battery factory. The electrical control part of the sorting system adopts modular design, with high integration, good versatility and convenient maintenance; the actuator adopts servo motor control, which has high precision and good reliability. The number of receiving slots of the device is 5 slots, voltage and internal resistance can be set arbitrarily, and the sorting efficiency is high. The built-in high-precision internal resistance and voltage automatic test system can accurately power the battery according to the set internal resistance and voltage value, and enter the designated gear. The equipment adopts box-type feeding, the robot automatically divides the material, and the personnel manually takes the material. Realize the automatic sorting of 18650 cells.
